Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if less than half the product has been used. Email us at hi@practicalalchemy.com and we’ll take care of you. Please refer to our return policy for full details.What if something arrives damaged?

Are your products clean?
Our formulas are made without parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrance, or other common irritants. They’re clean, purposeful, and dermatologist-tested.Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind. Still, we always recommend a patch test if you’re new to our products. Please check the ingredient listings if you have specific allergies.Do you test on animals?

Do gift cards expire?
Never. Our digital gift cards don’t expire and can be used anytime.Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely. Just enter their name and shipping address at checkout, and feel free to add a gift note for a personal touch.
