Refund policy

Something’s not quite right? We’re here to help.

We accept returns for both unopened and lightly used items, as long as you've used less than half of the product. To keep things simple, just notify us within 30 days of your purchase.

To start a return, email us at hi@practicalalchemy.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once we receive the returned products, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.

• Returns within the U.S. are free
• We do not charge restocking fees
• Returns are accepted by mail only
